Each culinary experience is personalized to your groups needs and may require specialty ingredients and/or materials that require advanced planning and procurement. . We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation but refunds maybe subject to a penalty if communications are not made in a timely manner
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is for deposits only and can be refunded up to 25 days prior to your event. If you are past this deadline, we can use your deposit to reschedule our services on a future date without penalty
To be eligible for a refund, please email travis@know-wine.com so that we can work on rescheduling or canceling your event
Any materials and supplies that are purchased in preparation of your event will be deducted from your secured deposit!
Non-returnable items include:
- Supplies and materials purchased for your event
- Customer exceeds 25 day deadline to notify us of changes to your itinerary or cancellation of your reservation
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any services that where already provided
Refunds
If notified by email of a cancellation 25 (+) prior to your reservation, we will issue a full refund minus any bank and transaction fee’s
Late Notifications
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update your reservation. Late notification are subject to penalties
